1. What is hypnosis?

  • Hypnosis is a state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and deep relaxation mental and physical. We experience hypnosis every morning just before we wake up and each night before we fall asleep when we enter a state of alpha/theta brainwaves. It allows individuals to access their subconscious mind .

2. How does hypnosis work?

  • Hypnosis works by inducing a trance-like state, enabling the hypnotist to communicate with the subconscious mind. Suggestions made during this state can influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

3. Is hypnosis like being asleep?

  • No,we don't fall asleep during hypnosis session. . While it may resemble a deep state of relaxation, individuals are fully aware and in control during hypnosis. It's a heightened state of focused concentration.

4. Can anyone be hypnotized?

  • Most people can be hypnotized to some degree. However, the depth of hypnosis can vary from person to person. Willingness, belief, and rapport with the hypnotist play essential roles. Practice hypnosis can be very beneficial also.

5. What issues can hypnosis help with?

  • Hypnosis is often used to address issues such as stress, anxiety, phobias, smoking cessation, weight management, and improving performance (e.g., in sports or academics).

8. Can I be made to do something against my will during hypnosis?

9. Can everyone experience hypnotic phenomena, like trance or post-        hypnotic suggestions?

10. Who can't be hypnotized?

  • While most people can experience hypnosis to some extent, there are a few factors that may make it challenging for some individuals. People with certain mental health, brain demage, low IQ (70% lower) conditions or cognitive impairments may have varied responses to hypnosis. Additionally, people who are highly skeptical, resistant, or unwilling to participate may find it difficult to enter a hypnotic state. It's crucial to communicate openly with your hypnotist about any concerns or conditions to ensure a personalized and effective experience.

11. Can hypnosis be done online or remotely?

  • Yes, hypnosis can be conducted online through video conferencing. Remote sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions, offering flexibility and convenience.
